@todd I saw these they are very interesting. Would you add some info on salary range and/or same "algorithm" like Gitlab is doing ?
@AMDG2 when we interview we ask for what the candidate would like as their salary goal, then we see if we can meet that goal, or if we can utilize other forms of compensation (margin share, stock option) to reach that goal. This way it is treated individually, equally, and fairly.
